VIA Productions, Inc. ("VIA," "we," "us") runs viaproductions.co. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at connect@viaproductions.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, book a call or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, work email, phone number, company and message. We use it to reply, follow up on your request and keep a record of our conversation.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we and the tools we use collect standard technical information, including:

• Your IP address and approximate location (city, state, country)

• Browser, device and operating system

• Pages you view, how long you stay, what you click and how you scroll

• The site, ad or email link that brought you here

Most of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Business visitor identification

We sell to businesses, so we want to understand which companies are interested in our work. We use visitor identification tools, including Apollo.io, that match an IP address and browsing activity to company information and, for some visitors in the United States, to publicly available professional contact information such as name, job title and work email.

We use this to understand which businesses visit, to see which pages are most useful and, in some cases, to reach out with relevant information about our services. We do not use it to identify you outside a business context, and we do not sell this information.

If you do not want to be identified this way, click Decline on our cookie banner, use the Cookie Settings link in our footer, or email us and we will stop.

Cookies and the tools we use

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to make the site work, measure traffic and improve our marketing. The main tools on our site are:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic and how people use the site

• HubSpot, to manage forms, contacts and our cookie banner

• Apollo.io, for business visitor identification, as described above

• Microsoft Clarity, to see anonymized heatmaps and session recordings so we can fix confusing pages

• LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel, to measure and target our advertising

• Google reCAPTCHA, to keep spam out of our forms

• Webflow, which hosts our website

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide our services

• To understand how our site is used and make it better

• To measure our marketing and advertising

• To identify businesses that may be interested in our services and follow up with them

• To protect the site from spam and abuse

• To meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers listed above that help us run the site and our business, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing data with advertising and analytics partners as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of that at any time using the options below.

Your choices

• Cookies: Click Decline on our cookie banner or use the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

• Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out.

• Emails: Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

• Your data: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. Email connect@viaproductions.com and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and business information while it is useful for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's retention settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

Our site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
