Job Title: Associate Producer
What does that mean? What do you do? I assist our executive producers and produce content. I work on development, pre-production, and post production stages. On pre-production, my work includes writing, editing, and organizing scripts. In post production, I supervise the post production team and co-ordinate assets of the motion graphic artists.
What’s the best part about working at VIA’s LA office? I truly enjoy coming to work because of the people. We work hard and produce amazing content, but also have fun doing it.
What’s one thing about you that would shock us? I played rugby for 10 years.
Any hobbies? Crossfit, camping, hiking, photography, whiskey? ha
Before coming to VIA, what was the most interesting or unusual job you ever had? I worked at a Dog Boarding Kennel.

Your desk: messy or organized? I like to call it an organized mess.
Favorite restaurant? Anything. I love:
- Animal, a tapas style fine dining.
- Forage, a buffet style locally sourced.
- Hae Jang Chon, an all you can eat Korean BBQ.
- EMC Seafood and Oyster Bar, a seafood and raw bar.
Beach or mountains? Both. That’s one of the reasons that I live in Los Angeles.
Travel spot? I love traveling and going to new places. I loved Vancouver, Canada and Krawkow, Poland, but probably my trip to New Zealand and Fiji was my favorite vacation.
What’s your favorite movie, book or TV show? (Or all three): Game of Thrones and House of Cards. Too many books and too many movies.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Ha see above.
Something in your refrigerator right now: All of the meals that my wife prepped for me for the week.
What did you eat for breakfast this morning? Banana, Protein shake, and strawberries.
If you were an animal, what would you be? A cockatoo. Because they can fly and live for over a 100 years. Plus they have a sweet hairdo.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring? Solar satellite phone, hammock, and my wife.
What book did you last read? “Drift” by Rachel Maddow
What’s the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? A house.
What’s the one super power you would choose if you could?Teleportation. So I can travel and be anywhere instantly.

Where have you lived? I had a rule for a while that I moved every three years.

What aspect of your role at VIA do you enjoy most? Being creative, writing scripts, and coming up with concepts for clients.
Greatest meal you ever prepared? I make a mean mac and cheese. I made it at the VIA Christmas party.
What celebrity do people think you look like? I’ve was told Chase Crawford in college.
